反应釜

系列不锈钢反应釜是医药、化工等领域常用的反应设备之一，它是一种一定温度和压力下，借助搅拌器将一定体积的两种（或多种）液体与固体进行混合，促进其化学反应的设备。通常伴有热效应，由换热装置将其所需热量输入或将生成热量移出，搅拌型式多为锚式或者框式，确保物料在短时间内混合均匀。搅拌转速多配以变频调速，设有温度显示和控制。

设备说明

1、设备采用304/316L优质不锈钢制作，内壁采用机械抛光，外壁采用304全焊接结构保温，外表面采用镜面或亚光处理。

2、夹套型式：全夹套、半圆盘管、蜂窝夹套。

3、保温材料：填充珍珠棉、岩棉或聚氨酯发泡。

4、搅拌装置：顶部居中（偏心）或侧搅拌，搅拌型式：锚式或框式、推进式、桨叶式、涡轮式等。

5、搅拌转速：10-120r/min（定速）或配置无级调速或变频调速。

6、液位计型式：法兰式条状钢化玻璃视镜（或其它）。

7、设备配置：快开人孔、视镜、视灯、温度计（数字显示或表盘）、取样口、呼吸器口、CIP清洗口、料液进出口、备用口、冷媒进出口等。
